Bim Bam Boo

The Design U Crash Course Team (DUCC) worked with Bim Bam Boo on three project experiences over the course of the semester. These projects were centered around research and strategy, prototyping, and digital experiences. 

 

The research and strategy consisted of DUCC members conducting a three week sprint to understand BBB's customer base and how it could fit into the college scene. Through the use of interviews, surveys, and bathroom tours, DUCC team members gained a deeper understanding of how toilet paper is used in the college setting and where future opportunities may lie. 

 

The prototyping sprint consisted of DUCC members designing experiences to enhance Bim Bam Boo’s trial roll offering to potential customers. Leveraging what they learned in the research and strategy sprint, DUCC team members brainstormed packaging ideas and created novelty prototypes to turn single roll customers into repeat buyers.

 

The digital sprint enabled DUCC members to explore digital engagement opportunities for the Bim Bam Boo customer base. Leveraging what they learned from the research and strategy sprint, DUCC team members brainstormed ideas and created mockups of experiences and engagement opportunities.
